1. What is the purpose for the Twelve Tribe Report?

The purpose for the Twelve Tribe report is to generate funds for our present and future church building.

2. Where will the funds be deposited?

The funds will be deposited into a separate account that will be titled “The Tribe Account”.

3. When will funds be used?

The funds will only be used when necessary.

4. Where will the funds be spent?

The funds will be spent specifically for maintenance and the upgrade of our present and future church building.

5. What is the purpose of the Tribe Leader?

The purpose of the Tribe Leader is to have leadership within the group, to speak on behalf of the group and to

communicate with the Pastor on any concerns for the group.

6. How will each Tribe be member be assigned?

The Tribe group will be assigned as needed in the tribe group.

7. How will each Tribe be required to report?

The Tribe leader will be required to report a minimum of $167.00

8. How often will each tribe be required to make minimum report?

The Tribe leader will make a verbal report after the sermon on the 4th Sunday of each month.

9. What is the maximum that each Tribe Leader can report?

You can’t beat God giving! The Tribe can report as much as possible.

10. Will the Tribe Leader have a specific way to raise funds for each month?

No! Each Tribe Leader has to be creative within their own group. Do not ask for funds outside your group within the church.

11. How long will this Tribe report last?

Indefinitely!

12. Will there be any incentive for the Tribe groups?

          Yes! The Tribe that reports the most funds at the end of each year will receive a free dinner and a banner with each Tribe name and each Tribe member name on the banner. The banner will be displayed in one of our rooms in our present and future church.
